Endoscopic ligation of variceal veins of the esophagus. Is it always safe?
Abstract
В 2005 году я приехала на недельное обучение в Ленинградскую областную больницу, в отделение эндоскопии, которым руководил Андрей Валентинович Филин, тогда мы и познакомились. Курс был посвящен эндоскопическому гемостазу. Время пролетело незаметно: интересные лекции, отработка мануальных навыков, а главное, живое общение, атмосфера открытости, заинтересованности. У нас сразу сложились теплые дружеские отношения. Впоследствии редкий год Андрей Валентинович не приезжал на конференции в Челябинск. Всегда честные, очень скурпулезно выверенные, интеллигентные, запоминающиеся доклады. Много вместе проехали и по России, и по дальним странам. Было легко, интересно, надежно, казалось, так будет всегда... После обучения в Санкт-Петербурге в Челябинской областной больнице началась эра эндоскопического лигирования. За прошедшие годы выполнено более 1000 манипуляций. Некоторым опытом хочу поделиться
