Эндоскопическое ультразвуковое исследование в диагностике гастроинтестинальных стромальных опухолей
Аннотация
Статья посвящена эндосонографической диагностике гастроинтестинальных стромальных опухолей. По данным эндоУЗИ у 27 из 130 пациентов было предположено наличие злокачественной стромальной опухоли. Изложены результаты тонкоигольной пункции под контролем эндосонографии. Оперированы 20 из 27 пациентов, у всех получена гистологическая, у 10 - иммуногистохимическая верификация диагноза. Обсуждены возможности и ограничения эндосонографии в дифференциальной диагностике гастроинтестинальных стромальных опухолей.
