Дифференциальная диагностика болезни Крона и туберкулеза кишечника
Аннотация
Частота диагностических ошибок в дифференциальном диагнозе болезни Крона и туберкулеза кишечника достигает 40-45%, что обусловлено как объективными трудностями постановки диагноза, так и относительной редкостью патологии. Однако точный диагноз в этой ситуации чрезвычайно важен из-за разности терапевтических подходов: при пробной терапии туберкулеза в случае пропущенной болезни Крона упускается время лечения, лечение же болезни Крона может стать фатальным в случае пропущенного туберкулеза кишечника.
