Результаты неотложной ФКС при низких желудочно-кишечных кровотечениях (ЖКК)
Аннотация
Реферат. Представлены результаты экстренных колоноскопий у 126 больных с клиникой толстокишечного кровотечения - кровянистым стулом. Колоноскопия выполнялась без предварительной подготовки кишки. В зависимости от пола и возраста изучены протяженность осмотра и уровень источников кровотечения. Выявлены различия в возрастнойструктуремужчиниженщинснизкимиЖКК. Показаны высокая эффективность ибезопасностьметода.
