Дифференциальная диагностика воспалительных заболеваний толстой кишки
Аннотация
Сложность дифференциальной диагностики и лечения воспалительных заболеваний толстой кишки требует единого подхода к пониманию проблемы, единой идеологии «команды» специалистов, состоящей из клинициста (гастроэнтеролог, колопроктолог), эндоскописта и патоморфолога. Мы попытались систематизировать как литературные данные, так и свой опыт лечения и наблюдения за этими пациентами.
