Видеокапсульная эндоскопия в диагностике заболеваний тонкой кишки
Аннотация
Видеокапсульная эндоскопия (ВКЭ) впервые использована в клинической практике в 2000 году и была одобрена к применению в США Food and Drug Administration (FDA) с 2001 года. Это безопасный, неинвазивный, хорошо переносимый метод прямого визуального осмотра всей тонкой кишки. Видеокапсула, разработанная фирмой «OLYMPUS», превосходит PillCam SB эндокапсулу фирмы Given Imaging наличием ПЗС-матрицы высокого разрешения и устройства просмотра изображения в реальном времени. Р1аиболее частым показанием для видео-капсульной эндоскопии является диагностика скрытых желудочно-кишечных кровотечений, ангиодисплазий, болезни Крона, целиакии, синдромов наследственного полипоза и опухолей тонкой кишки. В статье представлены современные данные, относящиеся к диагностике поражений тонкой кишки методом ВКЭ: показания, противопоказания, диагностическая ценность, широкий спектр поражений слизистой при различных заболеваниях тонкой кишки, риски и ограничения метода, а также приведен первый опыт применения эндокапсулы фирмы «OLYMPUS» в отечественной клинической практике.
