Сидероз пищевода

В настоящей публикации рассказывается о редком клиническом случае сидероза пищевода. У пациентки были обнаружены плоские неправильной формы поверхностные рубцы с участками гиперпигментации слизистой оболочки пищевода в темный цвет. Из анамнеза известно, что она долгое время страдает железодефицитной анемией и принимает препараты железа. Было выставлено заключение о поражении слизистой оболочки пищевода препаратами сульфата железа - сидероз пищевода.
