Эндоскопическое лечение абсцесса правого лёгкого, осложнённого эмпиемой плевры

Аннотация
В статье описан один из вариантов эндоскопического лечения постпневмонических осложнений, представленных абсцессом легкого, эмпиемой плевры, сбросом воздуха в послеоперационном периоде и последующим стенозом бронха базальной пирамиды. Оценена эффективность этого метода и целесообразность применения его в практике.
