Intraluminal surgery of epithelial lesions of esophagus and stomach
Abstract
Изучены результаты лечения 41 пациента, из которых гиперпластический полип с дисплазией умеренной и тяжелой степени диагностирован у 16, аденома с дисплазией умеренной и тяжелой степени - у 23, низкодифференцированная микрокарциома - в 2 наблюдениях. При локализованной дисплазии эпителия желудка резекцию слизистой оболочки с формированием ложной ножки и сваривания образующих ее тканей можно считать эффективным средством профилактики злокачественной трансформации и рецидива, а при наличии микрокарциномы - радикальным вариантом лечения.
