Видеокапсульная и баллонная энтероскопия в диагностике и лечении опухолей тощей и подвздошной кишки
Abstract
В статье проанализированы данные литературы и собственный опыт (50 больных) использования видеокапсульной и баллонной энтероскопии в обнаружении, оценке локализации, макро- и микроскопического строения доброкачественных и злокачественных опухолей тонкой кишки. Показано, что комплексное обследование, включающее современные методы энтероскопии, позволяет аргументировано назначить химиотерапию, удалить опухоль через эндоскоп, определить показания для планового хирургического вмешательства, либо отвергнуть диагноз опухоли не прибегая к лапаротомии.
