Теоретические и практические аспекты эндоскопической ультрасонографии в гастроэнтерологии
Аннотация
Эндоскопическая ультрасонография (ЭУС) занимает важное место в диагностической и оперативной эндоскопии пищеварительной системы. Без нее не обходится ни одна современная гастроэнтерологическая, хирургическая и онкологическая клиника. В обзоре мы постарались объединить данные ведущих зарубежных и отечественных специалистов с собственным 15-летним опытом выполнения ЭУС и представить своим коллегам, в первую очередь начинающим, основную информацию о данной методике. В статье освещены показания, противопоказания, ограничения и осложнения метода, дана характеристика современного эндосонографического оборудования, описаны общие принципы выполнения радиальной и конвексной ЭУС желудочно-кишечного тракта (ЖКТ) и панкреатобилиарной зоны. Приведенные клинические результаты использования эндосонографии наглядно демонстрируют ее роль в диагностике и лечении заболеваний органов пищеварительной системы и еще раз подчеркивают приоритетные направления ее использования, которые будут подробно освящены в наших следующих публикациях.
