Алгоритм диагностики и лечения пациентов с пищеводом Барретта
Аннотация
Пищевод Барретта - одно из осложнений гастроэзофагеальной или дуоденогастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни, характеризующееся метаплазией многослойного плоского неороговевающего эпителия нижней части пищевода в цилиндрический с наличием бокаловидных клеток, характерный для слизистой оболочки кишки.
