Гранулярно-клеточная опухоль (ГКО) представляет собой редкое мезенхимальное новообразование нейрогенного происхождения. Клиническое течение ГКО в большинстве случаев бессимптомное. В желудочно-кишечном тракте она обычно проявляется как подслизистое образование, обнаруживаемое при плановом эндоскопическом исследовании. В статье представлен опыт ведения пациентов МКНЦ имени А.С. Логинова в период с 2017 по 2025 год.

Granular cell tumor is a rare mesenchymal neoplasm of neurogenic origin. The clinical course of GCT is mostly asymptomatic. In the gastrointestinal tract, it usually presents as a submucosal lesion detected during routine endoscopic examination. The article presents the experience of managing patients at the GBUZ Moscow Clinical Scientific Center named after Loginov MHD from 2017 to 2025.
