Дивертикулярная болезнь толстой кишки - наиболее распространенное неопухолевое заболевание толстой кишки, преимущественно поражающее пациентов старше 60 лет. В ряде случаев дивертикулярная болезнь может осложняться формированием свищей. В соответствие с клиническими рекомендациями лечением данного заболевания является резекция сегмента кишки, несущего свищ. В ряде случаев, при выраженной соматической отягощенности пациента, хирургическое лечение может быть противопоказано. В электронных базах данных Elibrary.ru, PubMed, Medline, Cochrane был проведен поиск научных исследований по эндоскопическому лечению пациентов с дивертикулярной болезнью, осложненной формированием свищей в период с 1993 по 2024 год. На настоящее время отсутствуют крупные исследования, посвященные малоинвазивным способам ликвидации свищей, осложняющих дивертикулярную болезнь. Проведенный анализ указывает на низкую эффективность в лечении данной группы пациентов таких методом как стентирование, применение фибринового клея, внутрипросветных клипс.

Diverticular disease of the colon is the most common disease of the colon. In some cases, diverticular disease may be complicated by fistula. According to clinical guidelines resection of the bowel carrying the fistula is the method of choice. In a number of cases, surgical treatment may be contraindicated in case of pronounced somatic aggravation of the patient. The electronic databases Elibrary.ru, PubMed, Medline, Cochrane were searched for scientific studies on endoscopic treatment of patients with diverticular disease complicated by fistula formation in the period from 1993 to 2024. To date, there are no large studies on minimally invasive ways to eliminate fistulae complicating diverticular disease.
