В статье представлен клинический случай комбинированного минимально инвазивного хирургического лечения осложненной желчнокаменной болезни с холедохолитиазом и механической желтухой у пациентки с поливалентной аллергией и непереносимостью йодсодержащих контрастных препаратов. Описаны основные этапы диагностического поиска, хирургическая тактика и последовательность действий в нестандартной ситуации при затрудненном ретроградном доступе в билиарный тракт.

This article represents clinical case of combined minimally-invasive therapy of gallstone disease complications, such as bile duct stones and jaundice in a patient with multiple allergy and intolerance of iodine-containing contrast. It describes of diagnostics and surgical sequence in non-standard situation in complicated retrograde and laparascopic approach to biliary tract.
