Цилиндрома- злокачественная эпителиальная опухоль, с медленным бессимптомным течением, встречающая чаще у женщин в молодом и среднем возрасте. В данной статье будет представлен клинический случай пациентки, молодого возраста, с симптомами острой дыхательной недостаточности, в связи с опухолью средней трети трахеи, перекрывающей просвет более чем на 2/3.

Cylindroma is a malignant epithelial tumor with a slow asymptomatic course, occurring more often in women in young and middle age. This article will present a clinical case of a young patient with symptoms of acute respiratory failure due to a tumor of the middle third of the trachea, blocking the lumen by more than 2/3.
