В статье представлен опыт клинической работы эндоскопического отделения по выполнению ЭРХПГ в период 2014-2016 гг. Проведен анализ ошибок, причин, возникновения ретродуоденальных перфораций после ЭПСТ при выполнении ЭРХПГ, результатов лечения больных с ретродуоденальными перфорациями.

The article presents the clinical experiences of the physicians of the endoscopic Department to implement ERCP in the period 2014-2016. Analyzed the errors, causes, treatment results of patients with retroduodenal perforations after EPST when performing ERCP.
