В работе представлены данные литературы и первый собственный опыт (п=44) по применению видеокапсульной и баллонно-ассистированной энтероскопии в диагностике болезни Крона тонкой кишки. Рассматриваются эндоскопические диагностические критерии заболевания, позволяющие подтвердить или отвергнуть диагноз болезни Крона, оценить локализацию поражения и его тяжесть. В статье подробно описываются методические аспекты выполнения современных методов энтероскопии, а также результаты их применения в клинической практике. Рассмотрен клинический пример, демонстрирующий осложнение видеокапсульной энтероскопии у пациентки с болезнью Крона, а также возможность его неоперативного разрешения при помощи однобаллонной лапароскопически-ассистированной энтероскопии.
