Наш опыт применения эндоскопических методик в лечении осложнений острого деструктивного и хронического панкреатитов у 30 пациентов (в 5 случаях - стриктуры протоков поджелудочной железы, у 9 больных - острые и хронические псевдокисты, 16 пациентов со стриктурами общего желчного протока) показывает возможность получения хороших ближайших, а в ряде случаев, и отдаленных результатов лечения. Результаты успешного эндоскопического лечения данной патологии зависят и от самого пациента. Использованные нами инструменты, изначально предназначенные для проведения эндобилиарных вмешательств, оказались хорошо применимыми для панкреатической эндоскопии с минимальным риском осложнений.
