В статье мы рассматриваем существующие подходы к подготовке среднего медицинского персонала. Исследование основано на анализе научной литературы, нормативных правовых актов, регулирующих деятельность среднего медицинского персонала и собственного наблюдения за работой учебного учреждения и работы молодого персонала.

In the article we consider the existing approaches to the training of nursing staff. The study is based on the analysis of scientific literature, regulatory legal acts regulating the activities of nursing staff and their own supervision of the work of an educational institution and the work of young staff.
