В настоящее время в лечении больных с аденомами большого сосочка двенадцатиперстной кишки применяются как хирургические, так и различные внутрипросветные эндоскопические вмешательства. Для выбора оптимального метода лечения необходимо эндоскопическое типирование аденом большого сосочка двенадцатиперстной кишки, предусматривающее точную топическую характеристику опухоли с учетом размера, роста и распространения на стенки двенадцатиперстной кишки, терминальные отделы общего желчного и главного панкреатического протоков. Разработанное нами эндоскопическое типирование аденом большого сосочка двенадцатиперстной кишки (эндоскопическая классификация) позволяет определить наиболее эффективный и безопасный метод оперативного вмешательства при каждом типе новообразований.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Adenomas of the major duodenal papilla are benign neoplasms, but due to their high tendency to malignancy, they must be removed. Currently, in the treatment of patients with adenomas of the major duodenal papilla, both surgical and various intraluminal endoscopic interventions are used. To select the optimal method of treatment, it is necessary to type adenomas of the major duodenal papilla, which provides for an accurate topical description of the tumor, taking into account the size, growth and spread to the walls of the duodenum, the terminal sections of the common bile duct and the main pancreatic duct.
